    Hello,

    Please mention in detail what kind of account of yours is locked. Now since you have not mentioned your account type or name, I can suggest you the only procedure that is either you can use your contact details and then forget password and then reset the password or you can directly contact the administrator or helpdesk of that certain stuff whose account you are using.
