Actually i am a non scholorship candidate so is it better to go throught tsicet or else should i prefear with managment seat??

Hello aspirant!!
If you have good rank in TSICET then go through that. If you can afford for a Management seat then for got it in good colleges. Try to join in good colleges. Though your rank is good you are not eligible for scholarship as you said. So you have to pay fees from pockets better to invest in good college.
