I had appeared for TSICET examination and secured 1416 rank.Is it a better option to go with MBA in TELANGANA STATE or other states?

Hello aspirant!!

If you have good rank in TSICET then go through that. If you can afford for a Management seat then for got it in good colleges. Try to join in good colleges. Though your rank is good you are not eligible for scholarship as you said. So you have to pay fees from pockets better to invest in good college.
