You don't need to fill another the application form. Exam conducting body will likely to open correction facility of MHT CET application form in the fourth week of March 2018. You can use this facility and make the correction in the application form. Also, you need to keep in mind that the correction facility will be available only once, so you need to be very careful while making the correction in your application form.

Apart from this, what you need to note is that you cannot edit all the information. Information like name, date of birth, exam details, etc can be corrected using this facility.

Yes, while registering you need to mention your Aadhaar number. Talking about entering wrong IFSC details, you don't need to wrong about that. Bank details are needed for fee reimbursement, concession etc. So, you can make the changes in it at the time of correction facility or during the admission process.
