You have not mentioned any college name but if you are talking about government colleges like nits, iiits, gftis, etc. Then you will not get any government colleges as you have very poor rank. i am really sorry but you can't get any college in NIT or IIIT. However wait for special round if you can as the counseling process can be really unpredictable at times. Nevertheless, keep searching for alternatives aswell.
