actually my sister got 85 marks in neet 2020 but we have checked key sheet 5times as per key sheet my sister is getting 470 marks even thou we remove negative marks so what we can do now

I think you should send it for reevaluation. However, for details, you have to go to NEET's official website. The fact is there are specific dates and conditions to apply for reevaluation and they differ quite a lot each year. Although as a safety measure check your answersheet again with the official answer key and then apply.
