actually our situation is not good Financially..but wants to enter 2nd ext round..and even want to get seat..but if i give choice 2 i have to pay..(which i can't do) if give choice 3 then i don't have to pay money..but without holding any seat i have to participate in round..what to do?

I can understand your problem regarding seat acceptance fee. Your only option is to not freeze the seat which has been allotted to you but me let me be clear here, if you keep your seat on float for many rounds the the seat which you are gonna get in further rounds will not be as good as the previous ones, also I have no idea about your rank so I can't say till what round you will keep getting a seat.

At some time you will have to pay the seat acceptance fee, you can just delay that process by not freezing your seat.
