ad nicsms messaged me that my form procedure is complete and i have paid my fees now when i am logging in with application no it says that invalid and also id like to add that i didnot check with the official website whenever i got message

Regarding this case the wise step that one can take is to drop the mail to the authority regarding the particular problem. You must take the note of response of the mail and keep the mail to avoid any future discrepancy. Wish you the luck for future.
