Dear Radhika,
AIBE is generally held two times in a year, in June and December, with registrations starting in March and August respectively. BCI might change the dates accordingly too. So, for AIBE 2019 (14) i say, they may release the exam application forms in March. You keep an eye on the dates and official website.
