it will be allowed to fill the form and could be for exam if you go with other proof than adhaar for instance you can go with PAN,school id etc., but you need to correct that for taking admission in colleges because at conselling time they will check everything.

Regarding your query, I think due to the mistake in the surname in your aadhar card, there will be a problem in future.
So,I suggest you to not to delay and go to the aadhar website or any physical centre where the details can be corrected.

National testing agency (NTA) ,has released a notice that the aadhar card is not necessary while filling the application process.
so, there might not be any problem if there is surname change mistakes and so on --.
instead, you can enter pass port number, ration card number, bank account number for identification purpose
