Admission dates are over in patna university and magadh university. .what should i do?

Sorry to say but as the admission process in both Magadh as well as Patna University is over you can not try for these colleges this year. Admission in Magadh University is completely merit based .
For Patna University you need to qualify PUCET. It also provide direct admission if the seats are vacant , whose last date was second week of July .
You have to try for other universities now.
