Admission procedure of MH-AR-CET

If you are asking about admission to First Year Architecture course in Manarashtra, Common Entrance Test (CET) is conducted for admission to the B.Arch course.
Eligibility criteria to be eligible for admission is as follows
1. Candidate should be an Indian National.
2. Candidates are required to have passed HSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as subject and must have obtained 50 percent aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
Relaxation in the aggregate marks is provided to candidates belonging to the Backward Class Categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only. Such candidates are required to have scored 45 percent marks in aggregate.
Or
Candidates should have passed full time diploma examination (10+3) which is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and should have scored 50 percent marks in aggregate with Mathematics as the compulsory subject.
Candidates belonging to the Backward Class Categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only are required to have scored 45 percent marks in aggregate.
3. Candidates should have obtained qualifying marks in NATA or should have positive score (non zero) in JEE Main Paper 2 to be eligible.
For selection of candidates merit list is prepared. Merit List is prepared by the scores obtained by candidate in Common Entrance Test (CET) or marks secured in any other entrance exam conducted by concerned appropriate authority.
For the purpose of admission, 50 percent weightage is given to the CET scores and 50 percent weightage to the aggregate marks secured in HSC examination.
If you are asking about admission to Postgraduate degree course in Architecture (M.Arch), authorities conduct MAH- M. Arch- CET exam for admission. Eligibility Criteria to appear for the exam is as follows-
1. Candidates should be an Indian National.
2. Candidates should have passed Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with atleast 50 percent marks from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent.
Candidates belonging to the Backward Class Categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only are required to have scored 45 percent marks in aggregate.
