Hello Abhishek!
According to previous years, after the ending of bcece exam you have to wait for the result. Once the result is out there will be confirm 2 rounds of counselling conducted between an interval of few days. After 2 rounds if seats are vacant then they do spot counselling in 3rd round where low rank students also get seat.
First for seat acceptance you have to pay fees and book your seat. Later, when the session starts then your college will inform you regarding fees related updates.
