Hello Vineet,
In both the branches, ECE and EE, you have to deal with current, voltage, frequency, power, rate, etc.
In branch like EEE, the candidates have to study both electrical and as well as electronics. It involves the study and application of electrical system for different environmental use and more power system. Also, it is more tougher than ECE, as in ECE we deal with lower voltage and Current equipment.
Although, it's completely the candidates choice to choose one!
