No NITs offer Aerospace engineering branch and only few IITs offers this branch.Apart from IITs and NITs ,some colleges that Aerospace engineering branch are:SRM UNIVERSITY,L.P.U,SASTRA UNIVERSITY,P.E.C,and some comedk colleges.For course related details you can visit these colleges websites.

Aersopace Engineering is study of Space and shuttle dynamics, Shuttle Management, Spacecraft Maintainence, Design and Rocket Propulsion, Defense and Automoation.
The course is similar to Aeronautical engineering.
