Hello student,
SDM officer stands for sub divisional magistrate officer and it is the first posting of an IAS officer. You can become a sdm by UPSC or state PCS. For both of them you have to to graduate from any stream. So after 10 at first complete your graduation and then appear for those exams. Hope this will help you
