after 10th, if i jump 11th class and complete my 12th so, will i be able to apply for NDA exam??

It's not a good choice to jump class 11th and directly reach 12th. Because in NDA some questions of 11th are also asked. And you can't pass 11th and 12thin consecutive years. You might become disqualified if you do so. This is not helpful for you anyways so better first study 11th and then 12th.
