Hello Kaushal,

If you are seriouly interested in pertaining law as your career option then you can consider dropping a year after 12th to prepare for the CLAT exam.

You will have ample amount of time to strenghthen your GK and Current Affairs. The GK section is of worth 50 marks so it matters alot.

You will have time to attempt number of mock tests to prepare yourself better so that you can acquire accuracy and speed.

If you want to take it seriously then you can drop a year and prepare for the exam but if you are not sure then I would not suggest you to waste a whole year.
