Hello Aspirant,
After 12th, engineering is one of the best and most demanding field which you can pursue to make your career. You can appear for JEE-Main from which you can get into different NITs and IIITs of India and if you qualify it you can appear for JEE-Advance which will take you to different IITs like IIT Kanpur, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur and so on.
You can also appear for entrance exams of private engineering colleges too like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE and so on which will take you to top private colleges like BITS Pilani, Mesra, VIT Vellore, SRM University and many other.
