Generally, the management colleges or B-schools conduct placement process for the students. Companies visit the colleges and conduct Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds in order to select students for the job. The institutes do not guarantee job for each student. It depends upon the merit and calibre of the students to secure job offers during placement rounds. Several companies offer Pre Placement Offer/Interview to students during the Summer Internship rounds based on their performance.
