Hello Dear,
There are many diploma available after BAMS. They are mostly 6 months to 2 years Diploma Course available after BAMS. If you are now interested in the field of allopathy, you will have to start afresh with an MBBS degree. A diploma after a BAMS will not enable you to get into the allopathy segment. So You can not practice allopathy after bams.

वर्मा जी आप अपने ज्ञान का जरा विस्तार करिए। आपको तो ये भी ज्ञात नही होगा की बीएएमएस की डिग्री के दौरान किन किन सब्जेक्ट्स का अध्ययन किया जाता है??
