After ccna(switching & routing) what should i do job or other level of cisco

I am no expert by in my experience CCNA as such will open a few doors , but salary wise it would not be so great as to that of a developer. Experience plays a key role here. Salary for a fresher with CCNA would be low.You have to understand that it is very basic certification. I have seen several Local Telecom Companies , some small I.T companies looking out for CCNA holders.
Additionally people these days expect to have RHCE or MCSA along with CCNA. However I have also seen people getting jobs overseas ( specially U.A.E) with CCNA and MCSA. But all of them had someone to refer them to those companies. In my case it helped me to clear the interview of a large MNC for IT position.
