After checking JEE Advanced answer key I've got -4 in physics, 119 in chemistry and 180 in maths in paper 1. Am I eligible for IIT?

Abe gadhe, 122 to max marks hain ek sub mein. Tere 180 kahan se aa gaye, wo bhi ppr1 mein. Jhoot ki ek had hoti hai
