after class 11 u took a gap year so I took admission in school (state board) and every day I go to school and do practical and all things like classes, practical..so my quistion is am I regular candidate??

See since you are doing classes regularly , have done with practical and have appeared in test exam as well, which makes you eligible as regular candidates. it does not matter that you have gap after 11th. difference between private and regular candidate is, private candidates are those who have appeared in 12th exam and can not qualify, so they are again attempting the exam studying from home. but you are a fresh candidate and you are going to appear in 12th exam for the first time. based on your activities you belongs to as a regular candidate.
