After completing all the interview rounds when HR calls me and says I have sent your Employment Application Form and Documents for Approval. How much time does the approval takes place?

In Final HR round of interview the HR asked me the reason for 3 years gap after Btech, I justified the reason for my Gap and also told her of IT certifications courses I did during Gap Period. Then HR told me she wrote all of it and sent it for approval. How much time will it take for approval?

Dear Student,

Congrats,for clearing interview.If the company size is small then it will take 2-3 business days.If the company is more recognized and the employees working in that company is very high in number then it would take 2-3 weeks or even 1 month.
