After correction, I submitted my form again, is it considered new application? I did not register new,I did correction with old id?

Hi there.
The application wouldn't be considered new in any way if you only made a correction to it.
If it were a new application there would have no correction scenario.
A correction can only be made in an old application. Also, in the question, you haven't mentioned the name of the examination or college or university that you are talking about.
If you clear those details you might get a better response of your question.
