After diploma is any one take admission in another college

I assume that after your diploma completion, you want to know if you can get admission in another college in B.Tech programmes or not?

As per this understanding of your question, yes Diploma holders are eligible for Lateral Entry (Direct admission into 2nd year B.Tech) in different institutes. However, for that you need to appear in the particular entrance exam through which admission at any (you target) institute is offered. Some institutes/exams or states do not offer Lateral Entry admissions.
