Dear Gauri,
Getting a job in foreign after doing MBA in India will not secure you a job. If you have completed MBA from a premier institute like IIMs, then it would be easier. But you can definitely get a job based on your academic and skill set. You should have interpersonal skills, knowing market trend, etc.
