After downloading the entry pass for kcet ugneet mop up round 2019 is it compulsory to go for offline counselling or can we leave it?

Hello Kruti,
It is never compulsory to go for counseling if you don't want to. If you don't want to go for the counseling you can just stay at home even if have issued your entry pass. It is not mentioned anywhere that if you have got your entry pass you have to be present in the counseling.
