Yes, it mandatory to change the exam centres for you as the seats for examination centres opted by you are full. Seats for the exam centres are allotted on the first come first basis. If you don't change the centres, examination authority will provide you a random centre which could be anywhere in 248 cities across India.
You must be aware that you need to fill atleast of 4 exam centres for the offline exam and one for online. Also, once you made the correction in the application process and submitted it, you can't make any further change in it. Therefore, make sure you make all the correction carefully.
The last date to make the correction is January 22. So, make sure you make all the correction before the given last date.
