After filling the online form and depositing the exam fee do we have to send the printout of the filled forms and documents again by post to the office of the university . please confirm.

Hello,
You have not mentioned the college that you have applied for in the question.
In general, you need NOT send the documents via post to the university. All universities/colleges these days accept ONLINE applications and fees payment. However, you have to retain a printout of application form for further reference. Paper submissions are done only during counselling/admission.
