No, there is no such exam to get admission into another college in second year. If you want to take admission in the college which is in the same univerisity as your present college then they will only give admission if you satisfy their SGPA criteria. And this is the only thing which is required when one changes college under same university.
But in case you want admission in another college of different university then its a big procces where you have to get the following documents:
