After generation of merit numbers for Mtech, are colleges entered according to preference in one form or separate forms for each college?

Please specify which merit numbers, you are talking about so that i can help you better. You must be aware that there are different counselling procedures for GATE - IITs - it is COAP, for NITs - it is CCMT and for States- it is different.

I want information for state wise colleges. After completing the procedure at facilitation centres we need to fill our forms for colleges so do we enter colleges according to our preference in one form itself or we need to fill separate forms online for each college?
