For btech
To get in IIT you only need to clear jee advanced. There is no seperate exams for each IITs. Once you get good rank in jee advanced then you will get the college based on your rank in counselling. So you need not to give any further exam.
For barch
After jee advanced you need to give AAT for barch courses in IITs.

if you have cleared your jee advance with good rank then your next step is the counselling process and finally admission.there is no separate exam taken by IIT college one's you have cracked jee advance.
