Hello,
After marriage you have been living with your parents, even in this case the procedure to get the EWS certificate would be the same. It depends upon state to state that you have to online or offline. For example- if you're living in Bihar then you can apply online at the official website of RTPS. In case your state has not provided the facility of online application then you have to apply online at your Block office.
Since you don't live with your husband but still you're legal wife and he is your legal husband so you have to mention his name in the column section and you might have to attach his photocopy of identity proof too. For more details you should visit your local block office.
Documents required-
1. Income certificate which clearly mentions the overall family income per annum. Remember the amount shouldn't exceed 800000 or otherwise your application will be rejected.
2. Caste certificates- General caste people don't need certificates but for EWS it is important that you have a caste certificate which is necessary to proof that you belong to General category.
3. Identity proof or Aadhar card.
Hope you have got your answer.
Good Luck.
