Yes sir, i understand your query regarding the seat cancellation as i would like to give you a brief about this as follows:
If the dates are given for the cancellation of the seats then if you failed to cancel then its ok as it get automatically cancelled as for the next rounfmd. The seat you are alloted with, if you want to choose that seat then verification of documents should be done with the reporting to the respected college
