after opting for btech CSE which streams should I do my honours in? (AL & ML, Data Science, Computing, Security and privacy etc). Which honours have the most scope(In terms of placements and CTC), and which one of these are in high demand and pay well?(Desc. Order)

You may specialize in either of AI/ML or Data Science. Both have excellent career prospects amd relevance to the current Job Scenario. However jit as an advice, incase you plan on pursuing a MBA in near future, you may prefer Data Science over AI/ML, as it'll help you more, secondly Data Scientist is an excellent and well paying job today as far as freshers are concerned.
