after passing class 10 from jharkhand state open school can take addmission for futher study in all over india

Yes, you can take admission in any school in all over india for further studies and do your class 11th from any board you want whether cbse or ise or any other respected state board but you also have to do class 12th from there due to class 12th registration to be done from that school.

It will be better that you do not take the risk of moving out from Jharkhand and pursue higher studies as in Class XI & XII from outside the state as you will get the benefit of domicile. The other important thing is that you must also check before applying outside the state if the open school criteria is taken into account before they offer admission to you.
