Hi there.
After completing your Bachelor's in Psychology (Honor's) it would be the best to go ahead for your Master's. You can do your Masters in either General Psychology or Applied Psychology as per your liking and interest. In Applied Psychology, you'll get to choose your specialisation from Social Psychology, Counseling psychology, Clinical Psychology, Industrial Psychology and Sports Psychology.
To get into colleges for completing your Masters you'll have to crack the entrance examination of the respective University/college. Some of the Government Universities for Masters in Psychology are:
1. University of Delhi
2. University of Calcutta
3. Jamia Millia Islamia
4. Fergusson College, SPPU (Pune)
5. Banaras Hindu University
6. Allahabad University
Some private universities/colleges are:
1. Indian institute of Psychology and Research, Bangalore
2. Amity University, Noida
3. Christ University, Bangalore
4. Jain University, Bangalore
5. Mount Carmel College, Bangalore
Make sure to do a few internships during your Masters to have first hand experience of the field of your specialisation, if any.
After your Masters you can write the UGC NET examinations for the post of Assistant Professor in Government colleges. For more information on UGC NET kindly check the following link:

After completing Masters, if you wish to become a Clinical Psychologist you'll have to complete MPhil (duration = 2 years) to get your licence as a Clinical Psychologist and to get registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India.
Again, to get into MPhil, you'll have to crack the entrance examinations. Best colleges for the same are:
1. NIMHANS, Bangalore - This is the best College for MPhil in Clinical Psychology. There are only 15 seats available.
2. IBHAS, Delhi
3. IOP, Kolkata
4. RG kar, Kolkata.
If you complete your MPhil, you'll be able to work as a Clinical Psychologist. You can have your private practice and work in mental health clinics and hospitals too. Along with that, if you crack the UGC NET examinations you'd get to work as a Assistant Professor too in colleges. You could do both easily.
If not Clinical Psychologist, you can go ahead with the fields of Industrial Psychologist (basically, HR jobs) and Social Psychologist (research oriented field).
Keep exploring and choose wisely!
Hope you find this information helpful.
Good luck!
