Yeah definitely you can able to take the admission but not on the basis of JEE mains , it will be on the basis of JEE Advance. After qualifying the JEE mains you need to prepare well for the Advance and based upon the individual ranking and category wise cuttoff you can be able to take the admission in any of the campus of IIT.
