After round 1 allotment of college in upsee, do I need to report to college alloted or I can go to nearby college for document verification

Hello,
After you have been alloted a college in Round1,you will be having a counselling letter from UPSEE in which the names of the nearby centres will be mentioned,where the students can go for registration or document verification. You can easily choose one centre of your choice.
The procedure of document verification will be completed at that nearby centre only.
