Proforma means " For the sake of form."
Use of proforma h is to demand more time for caste validity certificate from both college and government. You will get benefit of caste after presenting proforma h. At the time of counselling session you must present hour caste validity certificate.
Proforma h is used till you get your caste validity certificate but it is not substitute for caste Certificate.
