Earlier there was a upper age limit in the eligibility criteria of NEET. However, this criteria has since been eliminated.

So yes, you can apply for NEET at the age of 25.

Yes, you can definitely give neet 2020 examination even after the age of 25 years as there's no upper age limit for neet 2020 examination , but yes to be eligible for neet you must have passed your class 12th board examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . You should have also passed English in your 12th examination
