Hi Candidate,
The counselling rounds are responsible for providing seats in different colleges on the basis of different reservation criteria and steam- wise.
If you want to get back your application fee, you will have to withdraw your application form before the Cut-off date, or can consult with the Examination Commitee for further Help.
