After upsc results what is the average time to get posting?

I assume you are asking about UPSC Civil Services Examination.
It is a 3 stages examination to recruit A category officers to all India services such as IAS, IFS, IPS, IRS etc.
The first stage i.e. Prelims is conducted in the month of May, the results are out in July.
Stage 2 that is Mains examination is conducted in September-October and its results are declared in January.
Stage 3 that is personal interview are conducted February to March and final results are declared in April.
Those who make it to the final list are required to undergo training at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration(LABASNAA).
The year long course at the academy starts in the month of July-August each year.
After this training the candidates head to their respective academies for further training.
