I am not very clear what you are asking but what I am assuming is that you rae asking that after a student gets seat in NIT in counseling rounds then does he/she has to pay fee for it?

Now, if i answer the question I have assumed then, yes you will have to pay fees when you get a seat and you want to reserve that seat with you.

This fee is called seat acceptance fees and you have to pay 35,000 in form of seat acceptance fee for that seat.

Please note that, this seat acceptance fees will used or given to you when your semester will start in college, so basically you are paying it for your semester, and not the seat.
