- Generally speaking, if you’re missing Chemistry in your PCM group, you can’t simply use your Biology marks as a substitute—educational boards and entrance exams typically require specific scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- They’re quite strict about this; Biology is relevant for PCB, not PCM.
- If you’re aiming for courses that require PCM, you’ll need the actual Chemistry marks, no swaps allowed.
- Of course, there might be some odd exception buried in a particular board’s rulebook, but that’s rare.
- It’s always wise to double-check the official eligibility criteria, but in most cases, substituting Biology for Chemistry isn’t permitted.
