agar tabhiyat karab hone ke Karan practical exam chhut jaye. lekin theory paper me pass ho. to kya mughe theory paper aur practical paper dono dena padega ya kewal practical exam? University faizabad hai.

You just have to Give the practical exam. You don't have to give the theory exam. I hope this will solve you query. But ask this question to your college authority. They will also solve your query.
