if you are doing uptu counselling and you get a seta in first roun d then if you do not take admission in first round then in next round if you are having a good rank and according to your college fill up counselling next college will be alloted to you in all round there will be chances that you will get acollege if you fill thye college according to your rank .. hope you. pleasse upvote it.
