Agr mai jee main me seat withdraw krk fir se spot counselling krata hu aur usme koi college ni milta to counselling fee refund hogi ya ni??

There is no spot round this year. One special round will be conducted by CSAB. You can't participate in special round if you withdraw your seat from the counselling.
