Yes you will be informed by aiims officials in your mail id given in your application form. Dont worry if you have filled your form correctly , they wouldnt reject your application.

if ur form will be rejected, then they ask you to correct the wrong details. don't worry they will contact you via email or phone u hv filled in ur application form and generally they ask u to re-upload ur photo and signature incase they are not clear thank you....
